The interior design project of this apartment was tailored to the social lifestyle of a family who comes from afar to spend their holidays and moments of relaxation away from the city. Our firm, 3P Studio, developed the entire project and provided consultancy fully online. From the very beginning, one of the main guidelines was to make the heart of the home a space for gathering and connection, centered around the kitchen—since they truly love to cook.

So, the entire living area was designed for hosting—and hosting with warmth—always oriented toward the blue of the sea. To achieve this, a complete transformation was necessary, including wall demolitions, structural reinforcements, and changes in finishes, colors, textures, and furnishings.

In addition to the social areas, the suites and bathrooms were also designed. Some decisions followed the standards of the hotel development in which the apartment is located, but everything was customized to reflect the residents’ preferences. /
